Multiple Alignments - Exercise 2
Browse to the DCA homepage.
  1. Submit the same protein sequences you aligned in Exercise 1 to DCA. Is the alignment different from the one that ClustalW produced? (Hint: You can reformat the DCA results with the online tool readseq for a better comparision with the MSF formated ClustalW results.
  2. Use the nucleotide sequences of the Hemoglobin beta chain and generate an multiple alignment. (If you before used the example sequences, you might want to go on with these according nucleotide sequences. Unfortunately, nucleotide sequences for Crocodylus niloticus and Psittacula krameri are currently unknown.)
Is it different from the protein alignment?
